Apple Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip
  • 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
  2. Chop up the apples contained in the apple pie filling into smaller pieces. Then gradually stir in the Cool Whip, apple pie filling, and cinnamon until combined.
  3. Chill before serving. Serve with Pie Crust Dippers, cinnamon pita chips, graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels.

Pie Crust Dippers

Ingredients
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust, from a pack of two pie crusts
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Unroll the pie crust. Using a pizza slicer or a knife cut the pie crust into strips that are about 1 inch wide and 4-6 inches long. Place the pie crust strips on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the pie crust strips with the melted butter. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the pie crust dippers.
  4. Bake the pie crust dippers for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
