Apple Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
- Chop up the apples contained in the apple pie filling into smaller pieces. Then gradually stir in the Cool Whip, apple pie filling, and cinnamon until combined.
- Chill before serving. Serve with Pie Crust Dippers, cinnamon pita chips, graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels.
Pie Crust Dippers
Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, from a pack of two pie crusts
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Unroll the pie crust. Using a pizza slicer or a knife cut the pie crust into strips that are about 1 inch wide and 4-6 inches long. Place the pie crust strips on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the pie crust strips with the melted butter. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the pie crust dippers.
- Bake the pie crust dippers for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
