Pizza Dough
(Freezes Great)
3/4 Cup Water (105*-115*)
1-Package Dry Active Yeast
2-Cups Flour
1-Teaspoon Sugar(Brown)
3/4 -Teaspoon Salt(Course Kosher) 1/4t
3- Tablespoons Olive Oil
1-Tablespoon Roasted Chopped Garlic
1-Tablespoon Montreal Seasoning
Combine water,Yeast & sugar in a bowl stir to dissolve yeast & sugar, Let stand 5 minutes.
Brush large bowl with olive oil. Mix flour,salt, yeast mixture & Oi together until dough forms a sticky ball.
Using a stand mixer with dough hook: kneed until smooth adding flour a little at a time. kneed 1 Minuit.
Transfer to oiled bowl flip dough to coat in oil cover wit plastic wrap & let rise 1 hour (doubled in size)
Punch down & roll out according to needs.
(Chef's Note: Using bread flour will give you a much crisper
crust. If you can't find bread flour, you can substitute it with
all-purpose flour which will give you a chewier crust.)
