2 cups flour
1¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
4 mashed bananas
2 eggs
½ cups softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk
½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions Mix eggs and butter in a large bowl until fluffy Add in eggs (one at a time) Mix bananas, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together Blend flour mixture in sugar & butter mixture alternating with banana mixture together in a large bowl Stir in pecans Pour mixture into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
