Trollcreme

3 dl lingonberries (save some for garnish) 
150 g sugar
0.5 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 egg whites 

This is what you do 

1 Clean the lingonberries well and rinse them in cold water. Beat the egg whites stiff. 

2 Add sugar, vanilla sugar and lingonberries and continue whipping to a firm consistency. 

3 Serve by the glass, preferably with mint leaves and vanillasauce.
