Waldorf Salad
Crunchy apples and celery, juicy grapes, and rich walnuts come together to form this classic Waldorf salad. It’s comforting, easy to make, and oh-so refreshing – no wonder it’s been such a popular salad for over 100 years!

Ingredients
- 2 cups granny smith apples diced, about 2 apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup red grapes halved
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped and toasted
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Dice apples into bite size pieces, about 1/2" cubes. Place in a large bowl, drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle sugar over the apples. Toss to make sure all is coated.
- Halve grapes and add to the apples. Dice celery and add to the bowl along with walnuts.
- In a small mixing bowl add greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over chopped ingredients and toss to coat thoroughly.
