Servings: 25 pieces
Calories: 117kcal
Ingredients
Snickers Chocolate Bark
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 6 large medjool dates
- 1 cup peanuts
- 2-3 tablespoon peanut butter
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Hazelnut Chocolate Bark (Healthy ferrero rocher)
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
Snickers Chocolate Bark
- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt using the double boiler method. Place in a heat safe bowl over a small saucepan or pot with simmering water to melt. Stir gently with a spatula until chocolate is fully melted and there are no lumps then take off the heat. (You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave)
- Deseed the dates and cut them into small pieces. You can also use scissors
- Add the chopped dates and peanuts to the melted chocolate bowl and stir together until well combined and everything is nicely coated in the melted chocolate
- Place parchment paper in a rectangular dish or tin and pour in the chocolate mixture. Flatten the top with a spatula to create a flat even layer (you can also tap the dish to help it flatten). Top with a sprinkle of flaky salt
- Using a teaspoon, add small dollops of peanut butter scattered around the bark. Then using a toothpick, make swirls on the peanut butter. You can get as fancy or as rustic as you like. Top with a sprinkle of flaky salt
- Place in the freezer to set for an hour, or in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Once it's fully set, place on a chopping board and carefully cut into smaller pieces. Enyoy your chocolate bark!
