Making our Keto BLT A Chicken Salad

Makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded and chopped
- 5 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 avocado, diced
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp each garlic & onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Lettuce for wrapping
- Celery seasoning to taste (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Mix well.
Add chicken, tomatoes, bacon and avocado. Stir to combine.
Wrap in lettuce, enjoy! SIMPLE.
Note *Also tastes amazing in Greek gyro pita bread or on sweet hawaiian rolls. BUT ONLY IF YOU AREN’T KETO AND LOW CARB

Well, that is simple… a lettuce wrap is when you use lettuce leaves to wrap your yummy keto blt chicken salad or anything else in. The purpose is to add a fresh, crunch that is light and fresh. But the biggest reason is to reduce carbs in the meal.
How do I make a lettuce wrap?
To make a lettuce wrap follow these easy steps:
- Pick a lettuce such as green leaf, bib or romaine (remove the rib)
- lay it out on a flat surface
- add your filling in the bottom 1/4 of the lettuce, the same as you would on a tortilla
- fold in the sides and start rolling
- don’t worry if it starts to crack, chances are the next fold/roll will cover it and it won’t
