Spiced Zucchini Bread

3Cups All purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
11/2 tsp. Grond Cinnamon 
1tsp. Ground Nutmeg (Optional)
1 8oz can crushed Pineapple(well drained)
3 eggs
2Cups sugar
1Cup vegetable oil
2tsp. Vanilla Extract 
2Cups crosley Shredded Zucchini 

Combine & Set aside:
Flour
Baking Soda
Baking powder
Salt
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Nuts
Mix together in large mixing bowl:
Beat eggs lightly add sugar, oil, Vanilla  beat until creamy. Stir in pineapple  and zucchini.
Add dry ingredients until moistened.
Smooth batter into greased & Floured baking pans.
Bake 350 for 1 hr. Cool 10 minutes in pans befor turning out on to cooling racks. 
Makes 2-9x5x3 loaf pans.
