Salsa Roja
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes sliced in half
6-8 raw jalapenos
6-8 chile de arbol
1 clove of garlic
teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Slice tomatoes in half
Roast tomatoes and chiles until they are charred
Blend garlic, chiles, and salt first
Once blended, add the tomatoes
Blend lightly until the tomatoes are chunky
