Salsa Roja

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes sliced in half

  • 6-8 raw jalapenos

  • 6-8 chile de arbol 

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • teaspoon of salt


Instructions:

  1. Slice tomatoes in half

  2. Roast tomatoes and chiles until they are charred 

  3. Blend garlic, chiles, and salt first

  4. Once blended, add the tomatoes

  5. Blend lightly until the tomatoes are chunky
