Duffins Airfryer

So I've made a lot of savoury food in the air fryer but not sweet baked goods, but as a baker thought I'd take the plunge and have a go. This is the perfect weekend recipe to do with the kids. They are not quite a donut, and not quite a muffin, they are a Duffin or a Muffnut if you prefer 😂 and work fabulous in the air fryer, I'm actually surprised at how well they baked!
