Duffins Airfryer

So I've made a lot of savoury food in the air fryer but not sweet baked goods, but as a baker thought I'd take the plunge and have a go. This is the perfect weekend recipe to do with the kids. They are not quite a donut, and not quite a muffin, they are a Duffin or a Muffnut if you prefer 😂 and work fabulous in the air fryer, I'm actually surprised at how well they baked! Duffins (Recipe makes 6) Ingredients 1 egg 60ml Milk 40ml vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 75g caster sugar 100g Self Raising Flour For the filling and topping Jam Nutella 20g melted butter 20g granulated sugar Method Line your silicone cupcake cases with paper cases ( you can just use the silicone cases unlined) Add your oil, milk, vanilla and egg to a bowl, using a hand mixer ( or hand whisk) mix to a smooth consistancy.
