Riskrem / ricecream
3 dl whipped cream
4 tablespoons sugar
500 g rice porridge
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Red sauce
4 dl household cordial (raspberry and cherry cordial)
About 3 dl water
1 tablespoon potato flour
THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
Whip cream and sugar to wipped cream.
Mix in porridge until the rice cream has the desired consistency.
Season with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix the limonade of currants, raspberries or cherries a little stronger than when you drink it. Boil the limonade and potato flour while stirring. Cool the sauce.
Serve the rice cream with delicious red sauce. Many people also prefer to make red sauce from cherry and raspberry mix cordial.
It will be tasty and good sauce.
Others hold a button on a fresh and delicious raspberry sauce.
